Support for iOS 12 devices will end from the next update (scheduled for late June).
The minimum operating environment for Ver 4.00 or later is as follows.
■ Minimum specifications for Apple iOS and Android operating systems after change:
・ iOS 13.0 or later
・ Android OS 7.0 or later, 64-bit, 3GB or more memory
■ How to play Pokémon Café ReMix on devices currently using iOS 12
To continue playing Pokémon Café ReMix, you must update to iOS 13.0 or later. For more information on how to upgrade to the latest version of iOS, see the Apple Help Center support article.
■ How to check the OS version of your device
To check the OS version of your device, go to Settings > General, then select About, and find Software Version.
